Cox Communications, Inc., President Patrick J. Esser delivers the keynote address to the February 13 Broadband Exchange meeting in Atlanta. Cox, the American-Israel Chamber of Commerce Southeast Region, and CableLabs served as sponsors of the event which is designed to provide a forum for innovative companies in Israel and the Southeast U.S. to present their firms to an audience of venture capital and cable industry executives.
