CableLabs® to Host OCAP™ Patent Pool Meeting at Cable '03 Show
Louisville, Colorado, May 21, 2003—Cable Television Laboratories, Inc. (CableLabs®), in conjunction with the DVB Project and Sughrue Mion PLLC, will host an informative meeting for parties who believe they may have patents required for implementation of the OpenCable™ Application Platform (OCAP™) specification.
The meeting will be held in Chicago on Monday, June 9, from 9:30am to 10:30am in Room N 426B of the McCormick Place Convention Center.
The meeting will also address patents related to DVB�s Globally Executable MHP (GEM) specification. OCAP is based on GEM.
Companies that believe they have patents required for implementation of the OCAP specification should submit a declaration to the Patent Coordinator, Sughrue Mion PLLC, c/o Alan J.
